- From business clients: name, business name, work email, phone number, and service-area details provided when requesting a demo or signing up for our services.
- On behalf of business clients: contact information — typically a name and mobile number — that a business client provides to us about its own customers, solely so we can send a one-time review-request text after a completed job.
- Website usage: standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected automatically when you use this site.
How We Use Information
- To send a one-time SMS review request to a business's client after a completed job, and to route the response to Google, Yelp, or the relevant platform, or privately to the business if the feedback is negative.
- To run local outreach and lead-generation campaigns on behalf of a business client.

- To respond to demo requests and other inquiries submitted through this site.

SMS / Text Messaging
Review-request texts are sent only to individuals who have already done business with, and opted in to receive texts from, one of our business clients. Every message includes clear opt-out instructions, and we honor STOP requests immediately, with no exceptions. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any service, from us or from a business client.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With the review platform (such as Google or Yelp) a client is routed to, as part of submitting a review.
- With the business client on whose behalf outreach or a review request was sent.
- With service providers who help us operate our platform, such as SMS delivery, under confidentiality obligations.
- Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LocalReviews.ai or others.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
