Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the LocalReviews.ai website and services. By requesting a demo, signing up for, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

Our Services

LocalReviews.ai provides local client acquisition outreach and online reputation management, including monitoring reviews across platforms such as Google and Yelp, and sending review-request texts to a business's own clients after completed work.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to use our services.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business and, where applicable, your clients.
• Only share client contact details you are authorized to share, and for which any required consent to be contacted has already been obtained.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the terms of the platforms we integrate with, including Google and Yelp.

Review Authenticity

We do not generate, write, or incentivize fake reviews. Every review request goes only to a real client who completed real work with your business, and every review reflects that client's own experience. Using our services to solicit reviews from anyone who has not actually used your services is prohibited.

Fees

Fees, if any, for our services are set out in your service agreement or order form. Unless stated otherwise there, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials made available through our services are owned by LocalReviews.ai or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants rights beyond the ability to use our services as intended.

Disclaimers

We work to help businesses earn and manage genuine reviews, but we cannot guarantee any specific rating, review volume, or business outcome. Our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalReviews.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Termination

Either party may stop using or providing the services as set out in your service agreement, or, absent one, at any time with notice. We may suspend access immediately for a violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
